Equipment Brief Description
The pipe flange robot double-gun welding workstation adopts a dual-robot, dual-station layout (the robot is arranged in the middle and the stations are on both sides of the robot), which can simultaneously perform workpiece clamping, loading and unloading and welding operations, and can significantly improve work efficiency. The workstation can complete two welding methods: argon arc welding (self-melting, automatic wire feeding and filling welding) and gas shielded welding (DC welding). It is suitable for welding workpiece pipes and flange heads, and is especially optimized for the welding needs of LP water pump water pipes.
