Working Process
1、The material to be cut is placed horizontally on the upper material frame, and the turning cylinder of the upper material frame acts to turn the material support to the same angle as the push material slide.
2、The material will be pushed from the loading frame to the pushing slide, and the feeding clamping mechanism on the pushing slide will clamp the material and move a certain distance through the motor to convey it to the gantry.
3、After the material passes through the gantry, the gantry clamping action clamps and fixes the material, and the cutting robot is driven by the robot sliding table to automatically cut according to the corresponding tube type by calling the corresponding program.
4、Manually select the next section to be cut length, push the material slide automatically transported into place, and the cut material is held by the discharge frame to carry away.
